Beth Mitchell is a strategic planner with 15 years experience. Working across diverse environments from remote and urban Indigenous communities, corporate sustainability, enterprise development, rural industries and urban planning has given her a depth of experience from which to identify integrated solutions to sustainability challenges.

Beth specialises in the development of creative strategies and plans that align the unique economic, social and environmental characteristics and objectives of clients and environments to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Notable contributions to urban sustainability planning include authoring the Australian National University Biodiversity Management Plan, University of Canberra Sustainability Strategy and Life in the Suburbs – Urban Habitat Guidelines for the ACT, an award winning publication currently in its third edition.
